We don't own a fryer. Never have. These go in the same deck ovens as the pizza, which renders the skin down and crisps it without breading. They take about twenty minutes and they're worth the wait.
Cayenne and butter, the way it should be. Mild, medium or hot. Hot is genuinely hot.
Sweet with a little smoke. The one kids order without being asked twice.
Butter, roasted garlic, real parmesan. No heat at all. Quietly the most ordered one.
Dry rub, no sauce. If you hate sticky fingers this is your order.
Buffalo cut with honey. Sweet up front, catches up with you after.
No sauce, sauce on the side. Ranch or bleu cheese comes with every order either way.
Fried wings need breading to hold up. Baked ones do not, so what you taste is chicken skin and sauce instead of batter.
Fresh wings, never frozen, delivered twice a week. They go in on a rack so the fat drains off instead of sitting in it.
The tradeoff is time. Twenty minutes, no way around it. Order them when you order the pizza and everything lands together.
Crispy skin, yes. Crunchy batter, no, because there's no batter. Different thing. Most people prefer it once they try it.
No breading, and the buffalo, BBQ and lemon pepper contain no wheat. But this is a kitchen full of flour, so not celiac safe. Read this first.
On a 20 or 50 piece, yes, two sauces split. On a 6 or 10 it all goes in one bowl, so pick one.
Fifty pieces on a busy Friday, give us a couple hours. Any other time just call ahead. Team packs include wings already.
The first pizza place in McKinney. Still family run, still the same 1969 crust.
