Oven-Baked Wings
We don't own a fryer. Never have. These go in the same deck ovens as the pizza, which renders the skin down and crisps it without breading. They take about twenty minutes and they're worth the wait.
Five sauces, tossed to order
Buffalo
Cayenne and butter, the way it should be. Mild, medium or hot. Hot is genuinely hot.
BBQ
Sweet with a little smoke. The one kids order without being asked twice.
Garlic Parmesan
Butter, roasted garlic, real parmesan. No heat at all. Quietly the most ordered one.
Lemon Pepper
Dry rub, no sauce. If you hate sticky fingers this is your order.
Honey Hot
Buffalo cut with honey. Sweet up front, catches up with you after.
Naked
No sauce, sauce on the side. Ranch or bleu cheese comes with every order either way.
Size and price
Why baked
Fried wings need breading to hold up. Baked ones do not, so what you taste is chicken skin and sauce instead of batter.
Fresh wings, never frozen, delivered twice a week. They go in on a rack so the fat drains off instead of sitting in it.
The tradeoff is time. Twenty minutes, no way around it. Order them when you order the pizza and everything lands together.
About the wings
Are they crispy if they're not fried?
Crispy skin, yes. Crunchy batter, no, because there's no batter. Different thing. Most people prefer it once they try it.
Are they gluten free?
No. None of our wings are gluten free, in any sauce. See the allergen page.
Can I mix sauces on one order?
Wings are sold by the pound, $11.99 per 1 lb. Ask when you order and we'll tell you how we can split the sauces.
What about big wing orders?
Call ahead for large orders. For parties, catering wings are $1.00 each in 25, 50 or 100 piece orders. See catering.
