Somebody's here mixing dough by hand before six most mornings, same recipe Jim wrote down in 1969. It comes out thin and a little crispy, which is how pizza around here used to taste.

Nobody makes it like this anymore
At some point most places switched over to the thick chewy stuff, mostly because it's quicker and the dough is more forgiving. We kept doing it the old way. Not out of stubbornness exactly, though there's some of that in it too.
It takes longer and it's more work, and honestly that's the whole point.
The buffet
Pizza, salad, pasta and dessert, out for lunch and again at dinner Monday through Saturday. If you're bringing a crowd, call ahead and we'll save you the party room.
The wings come out, and so does Sherry's. Tuesday people already know.
Bring everybody. There's room, and the kids eat free.
It goes on the dinner buffet both nights and stays there until the pan's scraped.

A buffet lunch costs $11.99. The club costs $9.99 a month and one buffet a month comes with it, so you're ahead the first time you walk in. Everything else you order that month is 25% off.
What people order most
Thin crispy crust, our red sauce, real mozzarella. Nothing else needed.
Pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onion, mushroom and olives, all on one pie. Come hungry.
Baked in the oven instead of dropped in a fryer, then tossed in our sauce.
