We're a small kitchen with one prep line and one set of ovens. Here is exactly what we can do and exactly what we can't promise. If your situation is serious, read the shared kitchen note below before you order.
Ask Us DirectlyWheat flour is in the air here every single day. We hand-toss dough two feet from where every other order gets made. We change gloves and use clean pans for allergy orders, and we take it seriously, but we can't call anything allergen free. If you have celiac disease or a life-threatening allergy, we'd rather tell you the truth than take your money.
A 10 inch pre-made gluten-free shell, add $3.50 to any pizza. Good for people avoiding gluten by choice or for mild sensitivity.
Not celiac safe. Baked in the same ovens on the same screens.
Plenty. Veggie Garden, Margherita, plain cheese, garden and Caesar salads, baked ziti, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, garlic cheese bread, cheesecake and cannoli.
Our marinara and pizza sauce contain no meat.
Our dough has no dairy and no egg in it, so a no-cheese pizza with sauce and vegetables is vegan. Ask for extra sauce and extra veggies, we don't charge more for that.
We don't stock a dairy-free cheese yet. Enough people ask, and we will.
Salad bar only at the buffet is $7.99. Off the menu, any salad can come with grilled chicken and dressing on the side.
Thin crust cuts the dough down considerably if that's what you're after.
All nine of these are present somewhere in the building. Here is where.
Call, don't order online. The online system has no good place to explain an allergy. Call 972-542-1293 and tell whoever picks up.
Say the allergy, not the diet. "My son is allergic to dairy" tells the kitchen more than "no cheese please." One gets treated as a preference, the other gets treated as a rule.
Off-peak is safer. A Tuesday at 3pm gives the kitchen room to slow down and be careful. A Friday at 7pm does not.
We'll label the box. Allergy orders go in a separate box with the order name and the allergy written on the lid, so the wrong slice doesn't end up on the wrong plate.
No. The crust itself is gluten free but our kitchen is not. Same ovens, same screens, wheat flour in the air. We'd rather you know that up front.
It is. Flour, water, yeast, salt, a little sugar and oil. No dairy, no egg.
Not yet. For now we build the pizza without cheese and load up the sauce and vegetables instead, no charge.
Not on the line itself, but ask your server and the kitchen will bake you a 10 inch for a small upcharge over the buffet price.
Pine nuts in the pesto, and that's it. No peanuts in any recipe. We can't speak for what happens at our suppliers' facilities.
Yes, and there's no extra charge for it on team and group orders. Tell us when you book and the pie comes out boxed and labeled separately.
Tell us what you're avoiding and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it right. Sometimes the answer is no, and that's fine.
The first pizza place in McKinney. Still family run, still the same 1969 crust.
