We're a small crew, and most people who start here stay a while. Our kitchen manager walked in for a summer job in 2004. No experience needed for most of these, we'll teach you the ovens.
Stretching dough, dressing pies, working the deck ovens. This is the job the whole place runs on and we train you from zero.
Taking orders, keeping the buffet stocked and looking right, talking to regulars. Good first job if you like people.
Running orders inside about five miles. Your own car, we cover mileage. Tips are yours and they're good on Friday.
Early shift. Dough, sauce, layering the lasagna, cutting vegetables. Out by early afternoon most days.
Has been that way since 1969 and it's not changing. You get one day nobody can schedule you.
Nobody gets thrown on the line alone. You shadow somebody until you're ready, however long that takes.
Friday dinner isn't calm. If a fast three hours on your feet sounds bad, this isn't the job.
We work around class schedules and finals. Half our counter crew is at Collin College right now.
Fill this out and we'll call you, usually within two days. Or walk in between 2 and 4 in the afternoon when it's quiet and ask for Danny. Bringing a resume is fine, but it's genuinely not required.
Takes about a minute. No cover letter, please.
We're an equal opportunity employer. Must be 16 or older; some roles require 18.
Call and ask. We would rather answer five questions now than have you quit in week two.
The first pizza place in McKinney. Still family run, still the same 1969 crust.
