Using this site, ordering from us, or joining the Pizza Club means you agree to these terms. If anything isn't clear, call us at 972-542-1293. We'd rather explain it than argue about it.
1. Using this website
This site is for information and ordering. Don't try to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. We can change or remove any part of it at any time.
2. Orders, pricing and availability
- Menu items, prices, and specials can change without notice, and may differ in store, by phone, and on other ordering platforms.
- Online orders are placed directly with us. Delivery fees, when they apply, are shown before you check out.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if something is sold out. We'll refund anything you were already charged.
- Check your order before you leave, or when it arrives. If something's wrong, call us and we'll fix it.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Pizza Club membership
Membership is $9.99 per month, charged to your card on the same date each month until you cancel. It includes one free lunch buffet per calendar month plus 25% off all other orders.
The free monthly buffet is one per calendar month and does not roll over or accumulate. An unused buffet expires at the end of that month.
The 25% member discount applies to regular menu orders and does not combine with lunch combo pricing, other promotions, gift card purchases, catering, or party room packages.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]. We can't process a cancellation by phone or in person. We confirm cancellations in writing, and you aren't billed again after that. Memberships are one per person, not transferable, and have no cash value.
We can change or end the Pizza Club at any time, and we may suspend a membership we think is being abused. Messaging and opt-out details are in our Privacy Policy.
4. Buffet, specials and party room
- The buffet is dine-in only, one plate per guest. No sharing plates and no taking buffet food to go.
- Nightly specials run while supplies last and can change. That means Tuesday wings, Wednesday kids eat free (ages 9 and under with a paying adult), and Friday and Saturday lasagna.
- Party room reservations are made by phone and may need a minimum spend or deposit. If plans change, let us know early.
5. Allergens and food safety
Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens. Cross-contact can happen, including at the buffet, so we can't promise any item is allergen-free. If you have an allergy, tell us before you order and we'll help you pick.
6. Our name, recipes and content
The Jim's Pizza name, logo, photos, and site content belong to us. Don't copy or sell them without written permission. The 1969 dough recipe stays in the family.
7. Liability and governing law
As far as the law allows, Jim's Pizza isn't liable for indirect damages from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that the law won't let us limit.
Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Collin County, Texas.
